HBK will train and mentor you through this process to ensure your request for pricing is clear, straightforward and provides the necessary information for the hotels sourced to respond back with the best pricing available. Outside of this, it’s important to develop a process with your account or client with how you plan to consolidate options and send them back for further discussion when making a decision.

Contract Negotiation
Understanding your account or clients contract requirements is key so you can communicate appropriately with the hotel selected. Once the initial contract is received, you will review and make sure the negotiated rate, concessions and correct dates are listed. Contract negotiations can take time but there are steps you can take proactively to make doing business as easy as possible.
